The 4th Regional ATM Meeting hosted by PANSA took place in Gdansk-Sopot from the 3rd to 5th September 2008. There was a very good attendance of top managers from Belarus, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Russia and Poland.
PANSA was represented by Krzysztof Banaszek (President), Krzysztof Kalaman (Deputy Director, ACC & APP), Tadeusz Grocholski (Deputy Director, Strategy), Piotr Giejsztowt (Head of ATC Gdansk), Andrzej Adamczyk (Head of CNS Gdansk), Karolina Wójcik (Head of Strategic Analysis Department) and Hanna Kalita (International Cooperation Specialist).
The purpose of the meeting was to share and discuss the recent progress in the CNS/ATM domain in each country in order to harmonize regional developments. This part was moderated by Mr. K. Kalaman. The special topic on the agenda was Single European Sky II Ms. K. Wojcik addressed prospective legislative amendments, assessment of new challenges. Then Mr. T. Grocholski moderated the following on discussion regarding SES II consequences for European and non-European ANSPs.
Next meeting is planned to be held in Latvia in 2009.
